At McPherson Clinical & Consulting Services, we provide comprehensive, evidence-based evaluations designed to help adults gain a deeper understanding of their mental health, meet legal or professional requirements, and access appropriate treatment and support.

Our assessments are conducted by experienced licensed mental health professionals using clinical interviews, standardized assessment tools, collateral information (when applicable), and current diagnostic criteria. Every evaluation is completed with professionalism, cultural responsiveness, and compassion.

Services are available for adults (18+) in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey through convenient telehealth or in-person appointments.

Adult ADHD Assessments (Coming soon!)

Tier 1: Clinical ADHD Assessment

Our Clinical ADHD Assessment is ideal for individuals seeking diagnostic clarification and practical treatment recommendations.

Includes:

• 90-minute comprehensive clinical assessment
• Review of standardized ADHD rating scales
• DSM-5 diagnostic evaluation
• Diagnosis (when clinically appropriate)
• Personalized treatment recommendations
• Brief clinical summary letter

• Individuals interested in treatment recommendations
• Clients planning to pursue therapy or medication management
• Personal understanding and treatment planning

Tier 2: Comprehensive ADHD Assessment

Our Comprehensive ADHD Assessment provides a more in-depth evaluation and detailed documentation for clients who require extensive clinical reporting or additional diagnostic support.

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:

• Collateral interview and/or collateral record review (when appropriate)
• Comprehensive feedback session
• Detailed written report
• Medication referral coordination with your treating provider (when appropriate)

• Individuals coordinating care among multiple healthcare providers

We provide professional substance use evaluations for individuals who require an assessment for legal, personal, employment, educational, or treatment-related purposes.

Each evaluation includes a comprehensive review of substance use history, psychosocial functioning, clinical impressions, and individualized recommendations.

McPherson Clinical & Consulting Services will soon offer comprehensive immigration psychological evaluations completed by experienced licensed clinicians.

These evaluations will be conducted with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and attention to the unique experiences of immigrants and their families.
