Jennifer A. McPherson is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Executive Coach dedicated to guiding individuals through deep, transformational change. As the Owner and Clinical Director of McPherson Clinical & Consulting Services, she leads a BIPOC-focused and LGBTQIA-affirming mental health and coaching practice that provides **therapy, consulting, coaching, clinical supervision, and education. She is licensed in **Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida** and is passionate about creating accessible, culturally responsive care.

With a background in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Jennifer specializes in healing race-based trauma and helping individuals navigate personal and professional challenges. She is also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, integrating the work of Brené Brown to promote authenticity, vulnerability, and resilience.

Jennifer earned her BA in Psychology from Temple University, an MS in Counseling & Clinical Health Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and an Executive MBA in Healthcare from Saint Joseph's University. Her expertise in both mental health and leadership coaching allows her to support clients in achieving clarity, confidence, and meaningful personal growth.

Beyond her clinical and coaching work, Jennifer is an Executive Coach & Consultant, Public Speaker, Clinical Supervisor for BIPOC supervisees, and a two-time Amazon Bestselling Author. She was recently accepted into the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program to further expand McPherson Clinical & Consulting Services into a nationwide practice, increasing access to care for BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities, supporting BIPOC & LGBTQIA therapists, and reducing stigma around mental health.

Dr. Patrice Nicole Harris, DNP, MBA, BS, APHN-BC, FNP-BC, RN-BC

Clinical Health & Life Coach

Dr. Harris has been working in healthcare for more than 15 years and is a West Philadelphia native. Her professional background consists of working at Planned Parenthood (Charge Nurse RN, 2yrs), Kindred Healthcare (LTACH floor RN, 1yr), CHOP (Primary Care RN, 1yr), Penn Medicine (Home Care RN, 5.5yrs), and Drexel University/Tower Health (Charge Nurse RN, 2.5yrs), Rothman Orthopaedics (Physician Extender NP, 2.5yrs), and Veteran Affairs (Clinician NP, 1yr). She has a BS in Health Information Management from Temple University, a BS in Nursing from Drexel University, a MBA in Health Administration from Eastern University, and an MSN and DNP from Holy Family University. She is currently pursuing her certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Wilkes University. She is a member of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Area Black Nurses Association, Inc. (SEPABNA) and the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners (PCNP).
