Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your health insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does our health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do we have a deductible? If so, what is it and have we met it yet?
• Does our plan limit how many sessions per calendar year we can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do we need written approval from our primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Please be aware that not all of our therapists accept the same health insurance plans. We currently do NOT accept EAP plans. We are currently in-network with the following:

Payment

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
Checks are not accepted.
Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged an administrative fee in accordance to our No Show/Late Cancellation/Late Arrival policy.
